How do I reschedule or cancel a cleaning?

Reply to your booking confirmation email or text us. If it's more than 24 hours before your appointment there's no fee. Within 24 hours a small fee may apply per our terms.

The Palma Tech app crashes or won't sign in.

First, force-close and reopen the app. If that doesn't fix it, uninstall and reinstall using the link your admin sent you. If you're still stuck, email us with a screenshot.

I'm a cleaner. How do I see my pay?

Open the Palma Tech app, tap the Me tab. Today, this week, this month, and all-time totals are at the top.

I'm a customer. Where's my receipt?

Receipts are emailed automatically when a cleaning is marked complete. If you don't see one, check your spam folder, then email us.

How do I get a quote for commercial cleaning?

Email us with the address, square footage, and how often you'd like the cleaning done. We typically reply with a quote the same day.
